This highly interactive workshop has been designed to “challenge the way these critically important employees think and enhance the way they perform.” Activities will promote leadership, teamwork, and improve morale and job satisfaction at all levels of the agency. Simply put, it isn’t the administration that is going to make the ultimate difference and get the difficult job done, it is front line influencers behind the badge who will get others to follow.

- Review methods to create full team engagement
- Identify methods for giving effective feedback and facilitating team debriefs
- Create environments in which team members engage in the constructive debate of ideas
