TRAIN THE TRAINER

These offerings target both initial certification, and recertification options for staff responsible for coaching and training in the development of their agencies’ “greatest asset, their people.”

Course options are available for staff who design or oversee curriculum development or facilitation of:

  • in-person-instructor-led training sessions,
  • basic-training,
  • skills-training, and
  • one-on-one field training (FTO/PTO/CTO).

Regardless of the course option, participants will quickly realize that we place great emphasis on creation of highly-engaging interactions, active-learning and learner-centric training.
